We have been a part of the Job Corp curriculum since January 2018, where we hold the Life Skills/Character Building class for non-resident students. We teach the students how to act within the workplace, how to dress and how to overall have a successful mindset about life.
What I got out of the meeting was being able to connect with others. I was able to understand other's perspectives on what it means to connect. I was also able to let loose. I will be back. Chozen One!
What I got out of the ChoZen meeting today was, you never know what people are going to do, you never know other people's circumstances ya know. You always got to treat people with respect, you give good energy, you'll get good energy. I'll definitely be coming back because I want somebody to support me.
I understood from the meeting that you can have good connections and you can have bad connections. The important thing would be to cling to the good connections. I'll most definitely be back.
"Hello my son's name is Jajuan Turner. He has been playing football and basketball since the age of 7. The first team he ever played for was Kooper Park. He is currently a senior at Terry Parker High School and has been accepted in to Tuskegee University. He will be majoring in Education.
As Jajuan transitions from Florida to Alabama he will be in need of some help. I know he will need all of the essentials and clothes. Anything would help. I am very thankful for this opportunity and may God bless you."
