Sherrod Brunson is the President and Founder of ChoZen Society Foundation Inc, and the Pastor and Overseer of ChoZen Community Church. He overseers the functionality of each entity by providing mentorship, spiritual guidance, accountability, and life skills to those of many different backgrounds.
Sherrod Brunson is a certified life coach who specializes in communication, leadership development and self-improvement. He has been involved in several community-based outreaches that were geared toward youth, young adults, and those that are middle aged His desire is to help others reach their fullest potential and to see lives transformed through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Kimbretta Clay
Director & Advisor
ChoZen Society Foundation
Kimbretta Clay is the Director of ChoZen Society Foundation, where she designs curriculum and leads training for disadvantaged teens and adults in life skills, professional development, small business management, and financial literacy. Her work is centered on equipping individuals with practical tools to build stability, confidence, and long-term economic independence.
Kimbretta is a business owner, author, speaker, and creative director, as well as the self-published author of Bosses Who Kill. A Navy Veteran and community advocate, she brings real-world experience, structured leadership development, and culturally responsive instruction to every program she leads. Her approach blends accountability with encouragement, meeting people where they are while preparing them for sustainable success.
She believes leadership isn’t about position; it’s about responsibility. And everybody has a role to play.
Laurel Brunson
Administrative Manager and Advisor
ChoZen Society Foundation Inc, and ChoZen Community Church
Laurel Brunson is the Administrative Manager and advisor for ChoZen Society Foundation Inc, and ChoZen Community Church. Laurel plays an integral role in ensuring that each entity runs smoothly by providing administrative support. She creates databases, and spreadsheets, manages the calendar for both entities, and handles incoming and outing written and verbal communication.
Laurel attended Florida State College at Jacksonville where she obtained her A.S. Degree in Office Administration. She is the leader of ChoZen Women of Purpose, where she encourages, uplifts, and mentors women of many different backgrounds. Her desire is for women to see themselves as God seems to them; healed, whole, and walking in their God-given purpose.
